Ms. Regan provides strategic direction and executive management, and oversees the administrative, operational and financial activities within the company. She oversees the Information Technology group and Customer Service and Operational groups, including strategic initiatives, new product development and enhancements. She directs the financial aspects of the corporation, including all corporate banking and investments and Human Resource activities, including corporate structure and employee benefits.
Ms. Regan is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Audit Committee, the Investment & Finance Committee and the Strategic Planning & Risk Management Committee for a major U.S. Insurance Company.
Ms. Regan is actively involved in Vistage (formerly known as TEC, The Executives Committee), the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, is a founding Member of and served on the Board of Directors for L3 and is a Member of the Board of Directors for the United Republican Fund.
Prior to joining TranzAct, Ms. Regan oversaw the operations, finances and accounting as Executive Vice President for a privately held lumber and hardware operation. For the nine years prior, she was a Senior Manager at KPMG, a big five public accounting firm. Here she was promoted to Group Administrator, where she scheduled 80 professionals in audit engagements during her two years in this position.
Ms. Regan has a BS in Accounting with high honors from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a Masters of Management Degree with a Minor in Finance from Northwestern University.

Mr. Regan is extremely well known and active within the logistics industry. He serves on the Boards of numerous industry groups such as the American Society of Transportation & Logistics, where he is a Distinguished Logistics Professional (DLP), National Industrial Transportation League (NITL), the National Association of Small Shippers, where he is the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee, and the Transportation Intermediaries Association, where he his Chairman of the TIA Foundation. He is also very active in several key industry organizations, such as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Mr. Regan is also the Chairman of the Board for Supply Chain Edge.
Mr. Regan is very active within other professional organizations as well. He is a graduate of YPO where he was a Chairman of the Chicago Chapter and served on the International Board of Directors. He is a current member of WPO, CEO and is a founding Member of and served on the Board of Directors for L3.
He has received numerous industry honors: 1995 inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame and recognized as a Finalist in the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of The Year Contest; 2002 named Delta Nu Alpha’s Transportation Professional of the Year; 2003 named one of the 100 Irish American Executives in Irish America Magazine’s “Business 100”; 2005 named by DC Velocity as a “Rainmaker”; named “2005 Executive of the Year” by the National Industrial Transportation League; and “2008 Member of the Year” by NASSTRAC.
Mr. Regan has been a featured columnist in industry periodicals including Traffic World, has published several articles, has been quoted in industry periodicals such as DC Velocity and Logistics Management, where he is also a featured blogger, and has spoken throughout the country on numerous industry related topics and the 'Sustainable Career.'
Prior to starting TranzAct, Mr. Regan worked for the Bank of America, PriceWaterhouse, and the Union Pacific Corporation. Mr. Regan is a CPA and has a BSBA from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
