TranzAct Technologies Adopts Families for Christmas

On Monday December 20, Linda Richardson and Michael Webster, representing TranZact Technologies of Elmhurst delivered Christmas presents to the York Township Food Pantry for distribution through the pantry’s ‘Adopt A Family’
Christmas gift program. Each family received toys, clothing and personal items for parents and children alike. In addition TranZact donated a personal computer to each family they adopted.

Linda Richardson said, “We wanted to do something extra this year and we realized that some folks have difficulty affording computer equipment for their children. So we had our I.T. department clean up some equipment we had in our office. Each family we adopted, in addition to the traditional gifts, is receiving a complete personal computer set-up including monitor and key board and all connection wiring.”

Township Supervisor Valle added, “On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the citizens of York Township, especially the families who benefit from our food pantry ‘Adopt A Family’ Christmas gift program, I would like to thank the management and employees at TranZact Technologies for their generous donations and ongoing support.”
