And, it’s pretty hard when you’re sitting in front of a jury to say in the age of the Internet that I wouldn’t even go on my computer and look at a web site that would tell me whether the carrier had authority, and whether they had insurance, and just at least a basic snapshot of how they’re operating. I think that’s the dilemma that shippers and brokers need to think about. How do you sit in front of a jury and say, 'Oh we chose not to look at that'?"
