To become a member of the C&SS carrier network, the following conditions must be met:

Active Common or Contract Authority
Authority active for at least 180 days
Safety Rating must be Satisfactory or None
$100,000 Cargo Coverage
$1,000,000 Auto Coverage

During registration, you will be required to provide:

MC/MX# or DOT# (Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number.)
Your company contact information
Electronic W9 and TaxID
Certificates of Insurance
If RMIS does not already have a copy of your certificate on file, we will request one for you from your insurance agent/producer
