How do I view my payment status?

All invoice and payment status can be found at: http://mytranzactcarrier.tranzact.com. Once registered, carriers have 24/7 access to view invoice status, download remittance reports, and view billing trends such as invoice rejections and reductions.

How do I register for the My TranzAct Carrier website?

Visit http://mytranzactcarrier.tranzact.com and click on REGISTER NOW. Registration is free and carriers may have an unlimited amount of users. Carriers will be contacted within 48 hours of registering with instructions on how to set up their password.

How long does it take to process my payment/When will I receive payment?

Payment and processing time may vary; the dynamic process means we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe. However, if is a priority for TranzAct and our clients to process invoices correctly and efficiently. You can receive updates via the MyTranzAct Carrier tool.

How can I obtain my remittance information?

All remittance information is available electronically. Just go to the web address below and follow the instructions:

How do I access the MyTranzAct Carrier Tool?

You can login to MyTranzAct Carrier by clicking on the blue LOGINS button at the right of the navigation bar on the top of the website and selecting MY TRANZACT CARRIER. If you haven't registered for the tool before, you can do that on our carriers page.

Having trouble accessing the MyTranzAct Carrier Tool?

You can see if you’re currently registered by following the below:

1.) Visit http://mytranzactcarrier.tranzact.com and select “Forgot Password?” towards the bottom of the page

2.) Enter in your email address in both the username and email address boxes, and click SEND.

3.) If you are registered you will receive an email confirmation. If you are not registered it will give you an error and ask you to register for the website.

If you are not registered you can register by visiting http://mytranzactcarrier.tranzact.com and click REGISTER NOW. Someone will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.

How do I know if the invoice I uploaded using the Upload Invoice Tool worked?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the Bill ID number.

Why can't I see the invoice I just uploaded?

Once you upload your invoice, it will take 48 hours to process. At that point, you will be able to view it through the Freight Bill Inquiry page.

What is a SCAC code?

The Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC®) is a unique two-to-four-letter code used to identify transportation companies. NMFTA developed the SCAC identification codes in the mid 1960's to facilitate computerization in the transportation industry. You can find out more information on the NFMTA website.
