Account Relations Analyst (ARA)

Responsibilities:

•    Understand and analyze internal data and client feedback to identify client issues and improvement opportunities.
•    Handle client issues.
•    Assist in the implementation of new accounts.

Job qualifications:

•    Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
•    Ability to multi task and prioritize.
•    Technology and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
•    Able to understand reoccurring problems and resolve.
