How do I access the other MyTranzAct web tools?
Use the "Tools" dropdown and click "Web Tools via Classic View." You will be taken to the MyTranzAct screen you are used to seeing. As other MyTranzAct tools are redesigned, they will also be directly accessible from the dashboard using this dropdown. For the moment, we also put a direct link on the top menu.
Why is Internet Explorer disappearing when I click a button on the dashboard?
Internet Explorer has a difficult time displaying certain types of data, especially in older versions of the browser, such as Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). However, given many of our clients still use IE8, we wanted to be able to support it. If another tab is not automatically opening for you, click on the new tab button in your browser. The tab can be empty, but as long as that second tab is open in the browser, the dashboard tab will not disappear.
Why does the site look different in Internet Explorer then it does in other browsers?
Most likely, you need to toggle your setting for Compatibility View. In IE8, you can click on the page icon in your browser.

How current is the dashboard data?
The data displayed in the dashboard is current as of the previous evening and will update overnight.
My company has multiple client codes. How do I see data for only certain codes?
You can select from any client code you are eligble to see at the top right of the screen and then clicking "Refresh." If you have many client codes to select from, you can access additional codes by clicking on the "More" button.
Why don’t I see data for the current month?
The data displayed in the dashboard is based on PAID bill data. Early in the month, there may not be any bills already processed and paid. Data will appear when bills are paid as the month continues.
Are the Audit Savings based on only rejections or cut downs as well?
This is based on the Actual reductions on bills received and paid for less than they were billed. Not for a duplicate bill rejected when the other was processed and paid (unless it was reduced and paid).
Why do I see a blank mode or carrier in my data?
In this case, it is likely your account has historical data loaded in with bills that do not have a mode or carrier listed. However, other data is still tracked for these bills.
Why do my lanes say “MANY” or “XX”?
For carriers that submit freight invoices where many shipments are detailed or summarized together in one document set, the lane will indicate “Many” with the State as “XX’”. UPS Parcel and FedEx Value process are examples of carriers who have this billing practice. Many couriers do this as well.
What if I do business in another currency or multiple currencies?
For this round of the dashboard, all currencies are being converted to U.S. Dollars.
Why do my numbers look different for a certain mode than I anticipated?
It is possible that we classify certain carriers in different modes than your company does. Please contact your Customer Service Representative to go over your mode classifications.

Can I sort this data by mode, location, lane, or other variables?
At this point, this is meant to give you a high level overview of your transportation data--a snapshot to help quickly assess your current situation and trends. We will be implementing additional functionality over time, but dashboards are not meant to replace our more detailed reports. You can also dive deeper into your data through Dynamic Reporting.
